No. All of our items come with pre-written messages and are sold as shown. We do not offer custom text or personalization.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Time (International): 7–18 business days
  • Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at info@giftoryhub.com with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but our products are perfect for gifting as-is. You can ship directly to your recipient by entering their address during checkout.

Yes! For bulk or special event orders, please contact info@giftoryhub.com and we’ll provide you with a custom quote and shipping details.
