Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@giftoryhub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@giftoryhub.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
